A fast growing Hi-Tech company in the hot field of mobile (iOS/Android), is looking for a technical support engineer to support its large Enterprise customers worldwide.
The position is based out of Poleg(Netanya) with shuttles from Tel Aviv and Haifa to the office and back.
• Solving technical issues raised by large enterprise customers including banks, defense, telecommunications located in US, Europe and Far East
-Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Participation in providing training to customers as required
• Optional (if the support engineer is interested in travel abroad there are opportunities for travelling to various customers in Europe, US and Far East)
• Clear career growth path into management positions
How to apply
