This candidate will be a strategic leader in shaping the future growth of Experitest’s Quality Assurance Platform within its North American Sales and Solutions organization. This candidate will lead technical discussions and develop Digital QA solutions centered on open-source cloud-based mobile device environments while also contributing to the evolution of Experitest’s platform portfolio and product development efforts.

The candidate should be a self-starter, great communicator and have an ability to provide strong technical guidance and resolution, along with business understandings that enable him or her to become a trusted advisor to our clients. The candidate must be able to develop short code, debug, and provide recommendations for Digital QA and DevOps, by means of automation and system architectures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in focused experience in automation testing in Java- must.

  • 2+ years of experience in Selenium- must.

  • Understanding of mobile testing automation technologies and platforms- an advantage.

  • Work experience in managing test execution and automation.

  • Experience in Appium- an advantage.

  • General understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles- An advantage

  • Conceptualizes solutions and delivers a point of view on behalf Experitest’s value proposition to strategic large enterprise customers.

  • Supports business development and RFP initiatives.

  • Available to participate in short term consulting in driving the strategy for large customer deployments.

  • Can enable & train customers on mobile test methodologies and industry best practices.

  • Experience presenting in industry conferences and thought leadership sessions- an advantage.

  • Build good working relationships with global teams, account management, and clients.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
