Experitest- A fast-growing Hi-Tech company in the hot field of mobile, is looking for a Help Desk Administrator to be responsible for:

  • Microsoft Windows clients support

  • Desktop/laptop installation and configuration.

  • PC hardware and software incidents’ troubleshooting.

  • Active Directory

  • Google G suite

  • Microsoft office

  • Virtual environment (VMware)

  • Printers and scanners troubleshooting.

  • Maintain Help Desk procedure and IT systems documentation to remain current.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience of Microsoft Windows support

  • PC/network connectivity knowledge (Ethernet, TCP/IP).

  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Multi-tasking skills.

  • Customer orientation and great communication skills.

  • Cloud Experience with one of the following Clouds (VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP).

  • Great English skills

  • At least one of the following  – Mac OSX, Linux knowledge

  • Central Storage Knowledge (Netapp) – An advantage

  • Security knowledge (Firewalls) – An advantage
