Experitest, a leading fast-growing technology company with more than 200 Enterprise customers is looking for a Customer Success Manager, based out of the Israel offices in Poleg (Netanya).

The role includes nurturing the existing teams and identifying and on-boarding new teams within the customers. The position is a sales, quota bearing role.

Description

1. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and cultivating the day-to-day client     relationships and delivering successful results by working closely with internal teams- Sales Engineer team, R&D, Marketing etc.

2. Exceed revenue targets by Upsell and Cross sell our products.

3. Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs.

4. Developing relationships with potential and existing clients.

5. Developing and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers.

6. The position is open to Project Managers who are looking for their first role in sales.

Requirements

1. Experience as Inside Sales Representative- Big Advantage.

2. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment with dynamic deadlines.

3. English- Mother Tongue- Advantage. 

4. Track record of over-achieving quota- Big Advantage.

5. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day- Big   advantage.

6. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
